Is HIPAA training part of my CLIA subscription?
HIPAA training is a separate planned subscription at $199 per month for unlimited employees within one organization. Existing CLIA services, reports, and subscription terms remain separate.
What does unlimited employees mean?
The planned subscription covers your organization’s entire workforce without a seat limit or per-employee training fee. Unrelated client organizations need their own subscription.
Do the certificates have an expiration date?
Yes. The proposed default is a 12-month program expiration and renewal date. That schedule reflects the provider’s or employer’s training policy; HIPAA does not set a universal annual certificate expiration.
Does the certificate establish HIPAA compliance?
A certificate documents completion of a course. It does not establish that an organization meets every HIPAA requirement. The program must be used with the employer’s applicable policies, procedures, and safeguards.
Can my employees enroll today?
Not yet. You can explore the interactive preview using fictional employees. Live accounts, subscription billing, organization records, and reminder delivery will be connected before enrollment opens. The instructional draft also needs qualified review and employer-specific policies before release.

Your laboratory’s original certificate, when available, and the complete CLIA Report Card are free. The report card summarizes your laboratory’s record, certificate information and the available regulatory information reviewed.
What are the two paid options?
The one-time report is $899.00 USD. It includes the complete review, detailed findings, next steps, applicable forms and assistance with that review. The monthly plan is $699.00 today, then $199.00/month starting next month, with a fresh report after each successful monthly payment and ongoing support. It recurs until cancelled; cancel future charges through My Account. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
What do the report card’s colors mean?
Green means a named check passed. Yellow means it needs attention, including missing or conflicting information. Red means a supported check failed. Each result reflects the stated records and review date; a green summary does not establish every aspect of a laboratory’s compliance.
What happens if the review identifies an issue?
The full report explains the finding and maps out recommended next steps. We help with applications and corrective forms and identify supporting evidence to gather. Where authorized by your laboratory, we can contact CLIA or the appropriate agency on your behalf. An agency’s decision remains its own.
Is this a government or CMS service?
No. Laboratory Compliance Services provides an independent review and assistance service. Our optional service fee is separate from government certification or renewal fees. A purchase does not change your CLIA status or guarantee an agency decision.
How do I get back to a purchased report?
Sign in to the account used for your purchase and open My reports. Your report and available paperwork can be downloaded there, along with email assistance details for the laboratory’s review.
